Fresh Mango Salsa

This is mine ever first post in the

Kitchen room of PaperCastles ©Pakistan Digital Magazine.

I took a start by making this fresh, juicy, delicious tempting salsa.

Fresh Mango Salsa Ingredients:

I used Fresh Mango, Fresh Cilantro, Raw Peach, Red Onion, Tomato & Lime Juice. Jalapeño is a basic ingredient for it but I don’t like the flavor of Jalapeño so, I don’t use.

1. 2 Large Riped Mango

2. 1 Large Riped Tomato

3. 1 Medium Red Onion

4. 1 Medium Peach (Optional)

5. 1 Lime Juice

6. Some Cilantro Leaves

7. Fresh Cucumber

8. Cabbage (Optional) Chopped

Garnishing:

(Optional)

1. Medium Carrot.

2. Lemon Slices.

Preparation:

First of all, take a riped mango (peeled) cut into small cubes & keep aside then one by one chop tomato, red onion, peach & cilantro with cucumber. Cut the carrot into small pieces like shown in the picture.

Method:

Once you ready all of the above food items. Now this is the time to take bowl put all chopped items into it and mix well by adding lemon juice plus if you want can add salt and black pepper powder to taste. I can enjoy it in its organic taste so, don’t ever bother for an extra salty spicy flavor. Keep prepared bowl into the refrigerator for 10 minutes so, that taste can be developed & you can feel it’s heavenly fresh taste.

You Can Use:

This multi-colored, juicy, fresh mango salsa is my all-time favorite which can be used as salad, snack, for topping on chicken or fish. You people can take benefit of it as tortilla or sandwich filler.

Benefits:

A healthy snack for losing weight (in moderation) fully loaded vitamins & minerals. A big benefit of the dish it’s not much expensive as other Processed dishes can be. All homemade and natural, no artificial flavors used.
